This form has to be filled by all the Visu's Registered Students for processing.
Points to Remember
  • To register, please input your Registration Form No(found on the right top corner of the registration form) & Receipt No.
  • For quick assessment and processing of your application, please provide the following information accurately.
    • Ó- Package Code (specified in your registration form).   Ó- Your personal E-mail ID.
    Ó- Program and Semester. Ó- Personal Details.
